Our office is open Monday through Thursday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. We are closed for lunch between 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. On Friday, our office is open 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

We are closed Saturday, Sunday, and holidays.

Please call our office during the above hours if you need to schedule, reschedule, or cancel an appointment; refill a prescription; find out test results; inquire about billing; or have a nonemergency problem or question.

If you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment, we ask that you please call and cancel your appointment. We do not charge for missed appointments, but if you let us know ahead of time we can offer your appointment time to another patient.
